This following provides instructions for authors submitting camera-ready papers for publication in the Proceedings of IEEE ISSPIT 2015

Authors should submit their camera-ready paper and copyright form via EDAS before 15th of November 2015. In addition, at least one author must register at a non-student rate (i.e. full delegate registration) by the same date.

Please prepare your camera-ready paper (final manuscript), which is IEEE Xplore® compliant.

  1. 1) A manuscript writing by either Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX template (.tex) must be converted to PDF before uploading to IEEE PDF eXpress™. To convert manuscripts in Microsoft Word to PDF, you can use online services. Examples include Adobe, PDFonline or FreePDFConvert. There is also free or cheap software that installs as a printer driver and performs that conversion, including PrimoPDF.

  2. 2) The converted manuscript in PDF must subsequently be uploaded to IEEE PDF eXpress™ service. The IEEE PDF eXpress™ service will generate and verify an IEEE Xplore® compliant PDF, which is ready for final submission to EDAS system.

Go to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ Login Page.

New Users: Click on “New Users – Click Here”
and complete the form using the Conference ID 37324X.

Existing Users: Follow the same steps as above
using the same password used for previous conferences.
Please verify your contact information is still valid.

Please prepare the documents listed below before final submission.

  1. 1) IEEE compliant camera-ready paper in PDF, generated from IEEE PDF eXpress™ service.

  2. 2) Copyright transfer form (either traditional Copyright or eCopyright form in PDF). You have to prepare the form; and sign it manually and scan the signed form, or sign it electronically using IEEE Electronic Copyright service.

Attention: The copy-right form is still not active. We will announce when the link will be functional.

Please prepare the documents listed below before final submission.

  1. 1) After receiving e-mail from EDAS requesting camera-ready paper upload, please log in to EDAS (https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=19711) using your EDAS login username.

  2. 2) Select your paper title from the tab “My papers” on the top of the EDAS page.

  3. 3) Select the Copyright form icon as below:

  4. 4) Upload the signed copyright form in PDF.

  5. 5) Select the Final manuscript icon as below:

  6. 6) Upload the new version of your manuscript (IEEE compliant camera-ready paper in PDF).

Authors are expected to update their paper in view of any minor changes recommended by the reviewers. The reviewers' comments were included in paper acceptance emails sent on 30th of October 2015 and can also be viewed within EDAS. Please note that the abstract and title should be readable stand-alone and not contain any references or unexplained acronyms. Changes to the title or abstract are allowed in order to comply with these requirements. Changes to the author list are allowed only under exceptional circumstances. All such changes must be approved by the TPC chairs.

ISSPIT 2015 papers willl be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore – the IEEE Digital Library. Camera-ready PDF files must therefore comply with IEEE Xplore paper specifications. Failing to submit an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file may result in the file not being included in the conference proceedings. Before submitting camera-ready papers, authors are required to verify IEEE Xplore compatibility using the IEEE PDF eXpress. The IEEE PDF eXpress service can be used to validate compliance and/or to convert papers from a wide range of different formats to IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs.
